| OIL SPILL INFORMATION |
We have waived our normal cancellation requirement of 30-days prior to arrival in an effort to allow anyone booking or holding a reservation to wait and see what, if any, adverse affects there are to our beaches.
If the oil spill does affect our beaches at the time of your reservation, you may cancel and receive a refund of your prepaid rent.
If our beaches are affected during your stay, and your choose to leave, your unused rent will be refunded.
